摩托车出租： Málaga - Costa del Sol Airport (AGP) (西班牙)

Muy sucia, por fuera y por dentro (portabultos). La atención telefónica muy bien. La persona que nos guió en el check in y check out fue muy atenta, pero eché en falta una persona física para recibir y devolver la moto, tal vez porque soy de otra generación. El ratio calidad-precio muy bien, pero no es aceptable tanta suciedad. Con un poquito de supervisión y un manguerazo, arreglado.

The service is terrible. We couldn’t find the rental location, we didn’t receive the right bikes, and we were asked to pay €300 for insurance instead of the €200 stated on the website. On top of that, the guy doesn’t even respond on WhatsApp.

When I went to the address there was no reference to the company. So I had to contact them via WhatsApp to find out where to collect my bike. Bike was there and in good condition except the rear right indicator wasn’t operational. They didn’t offer to repair or replace it. I contacted them two days before the bike was to returned to confirm the return process however they didn’t reply. I then returned the bike, sent them through photos of it returned and let them know it was returned via WhatsApp but again no one replied. It’s now been 6 days and my deposit is yet to be returned (their policy does say 5-10 days) which is slow compared to others i have hired through. I contacted them again on the 6th day post return of the bike however I am still waiting a reply. So overall not the best experience i have had with a hire company.
