Es wäre schön gewesen wenn wir auf die Möglichkeit einer Zusatzversicherung mit Angabe der zusätzlichen Kosten hingewiesen worden wären . Selbst bei einem geringen Kratzer am Spiegel wurde der Neupreis angesetzt.
