When I went to the address there was no reference to the company. So I had to contact them via WhatsApp to find out where to collect my bike. Bike was there and in good condition except the rear right indicator wasn’t operational. They didn’t offer to repair or replace it. I contacted them two days before the bike was to returned to confirm the return process however they didn’t reply. I then returned the bike, sent them through photos of it returned and let them know it was returned via WhatsApp but again no one replied. It’s now been 6 days and my deposit is yet to be returned (their policy does say 5-10 days) which is slow compared to others i have hired through. I contacted them again on the 6th day post return of the bike however I am still waiting a reply. So overall not the best experience i have had with a hire company.
