I'm a bit conflicted here – they seem like genuinely nice people with a small business, but there was the issue with the mirror. They did deliver my bike to my address for free, that was nice, however they were ultimately an hour late.
Also, there was apparently an attempt at theft, and the perpetrators broke a part off. That's my risk for leaving it out on the street in Naples I suppose. However, I was sort of rushed into paying quite a substantial sum for a replacement part. The nice thing is that the rental company allowed me to look for a cheaper part online, but it had to all happen within a day, so I was unable to find any cheaper one. Ultimately I feel that the renter was in a genuine pickle, and it was my own responsibility for leaving it in the street, but I would have liked to have had a bit more time to resolve the situation. I estimate the chance of having been scammed at 10% - 20% :D.

We only received one of the Morinis we had booked, and instead of the second one, we got a 23-year-old V-Strom. Neither bike was equipped with the agreed 50:50 gravel tires!
The Morini had completely worn-out tires, and although the V-Strom had new ones, they were 90:10 – so really not suitable for gravel.
In addition, the V-Strom had a broken foot peg and no ABS.
On the second day, each of us had a fall on the gravel because of the poor tires, which resulted in scratches on the bikes.
Because of this, we had to completely change our tour and could only ride on paved roads – even though we had really been looking forward to exploring small gravel roads…
When we returned the bikes, they charged us €120 for the scratches on the 23-year-old V-Strom and €700 for spare parts for the Morini (including €320 for two brand-new crash bars, even though only one had scratches)!
We personally would definitely not go to this shop again!
