Bij aankomst op de luchthaven noemden we de zeer beschadigde helmen maar de verhuurder 'had geen andere'. Diezelfde dag had ik contact met Napolirent over de zeer ongeschikte topcase maar wederom 'hadden ze geen andere'. We huren al vele jaren met veel plezier een motorscooter in allerlei landen met twee personen maar zo slecht en onprofessioneel hebben we het niet eerder gezien. Altijd heeft een topcase een rugleuning, als je deze aan twee personen verhuurt, en altijd hebben we goede helmen met weinig schade gehad.
Teleurstellend, zeker omdat we ook nog nooit eerder zoveel geld betaalden voor een motor...

I'm a bit conflicted here – they seem like genuinely nice people with a small business, but there was the issue with the mirror. They did deliver my bike to my address for free, that was nice, however they were ultimately an hour late.
Also, there was apparently an attempt at theft, and the perpetrators broke a part off. That's my risk for leaving it out on the street in Naples I suppose. However, I was sort of rushed into paying quite a substantial sum for a replacement part. The nice thing is that the rental company allowed me to look for a cheaper part online, but it had to all happen within a day, so I was unable to find any cheaper one. Ultimately I feel that the renter was in a genuine pickle, and it was my own responsibility for leaving it in the street, but I would have liked to have had a bit more time to resolve the situation. I estimate the chance of having been scammed at 10% - 20% :D.

The staff were friendly and the bike was in good condition. However they say they want to charged me €100 for a scratch less than a small finger nail. They have not yet refunded the other half of the deposit either. The shop would not agree that the scratch was fixable with polish and I will not be using them again. The customer experience on return was very bad.
