Can’t say enough about the time I landed he was on top of it picking me up with my name at airport and bringing my bags out to van where he set up motorcycle for me and took my suitcase away into storage when I got back same thing took me to my terminal all I can say 110 percent You will not regret it I came from New York to Madrid. I thought I’d be having a hard time.

There was a minor issue with the windshield, where a screw came loose, but this did not significantly affect the experience and can happen in city traffic. The lock was provided and worked well, which I appreciated.

Service and convenience
I really appreciated that the scooter was delivered directly to my hotel, which made the start of the rental very smooth. The process of extending the rental period was also easy and efficient, which was a big plus. One point of surprise was that picking the scooter up from the hotel was more expensive than delivery; it would have been helpful to have this explained more clearly in advance.

Communication and deposit return
What I found less satisfactory was the communication after the rental ended. The return of the deposit took quite a long time (around three to four weeks) and required several follow-ups on my side. Responses were slow, and the process felt more complicated than expected. This part of the experience could definitely be improved.
