Unfortunately the bike I had selected had a screw in the tire and had to be out for another bike. It was a scooter…but it turned out to be a blast. Driving through Naples and Amalfi coast was actually really easy on a scooter. So it turned out to be a fantastic! Great people to work with. I would use them again.

We did not get what we booked, but they were very kind and helpful. First they gave us scooter helmets which had broken visors, but for extra 15€ we ordered full helmets. we got a refund for not having 250cc bike and no intercoms.

Bike was in a very bad condition
1) both front tires were already under minimum when I took over the bike
2) Handbrake does not work
3) I ask to setup the suspension in the back to the hardest as we are two heavy persons with louagge. After the first day of driving I permanetly bottom uut with the rear of the bike and when I checked the suspension it has to be setup for the softest instead to the hardest. So I was asking people for the right tools to do it my own.
People in the office were friendly but what does it help if bikes are in bad conditions when you take over.

F 800 GS
The rented F800GS was unavailable. Instead an F850GS was offered. Very nice bike. During the trip I lost the licence plate and had a leaking radiator. All problems were addressed according the rental agreement. So I'm a happy customer and would gladly return to rent another bike.

R 1200 GS LC
Service was very friendly and good, only the deposit amount was debited from credit card instead of reserved which is usual for car/motorcycle rental. After returning the motorcycle, the deposit returned is 92 euros less due to exchange rate differences! This is not desirable.
