השכרת אופנועים ב Girona (ספרד) Quadro

They were very good in helping me releasing the bike for starting the rental. I had a block of 500 EUR on my card, that would be released after 10 working days. The rental was on Jul 27th-28th. Today, Aug 14th, the amount is still showing up on my card. I'm trying contact them per WhatsApp and phone, but I'm not getting any feedback. My card has to be paid next Aug 17th, so I'll be charged on extra 500 EUR for a 1 day rent of the motorbike, which I'd already paid. I hope Rentalmotorbike can help me with this situation.

Je suis à ce jour sans retour de ma caution de 300 €, malgré un retour par whatsapp de prise en charge du retour conforme. Je viens donc de renvoyer un mail de relance, en espérant un retour rapide à ma demande par remboursement de la caution

Je deconseille cette société de location, retard de plus d 1heure pour récupérer la moto. Gestion de la caution totalement flou, il a fallu relancer pour la récupérer, pas d explication alors qu'il ne l'a retourne pas entièrement, 3 relances pour me présenter une photo de sac "sale", impossible de savoir si les photos correspondent à la moto... très mecontente

Weder der Übergabetermin noch der Rückgabetermin wurde eingehalten. Bei Übergabe am Flughafen haben wir 1,5 Stunden am Flughafen gewartet. Bei der Rückgabe kam niemand. Die Jota Cafe schickte Bilder wo der Roller abestellt werden soll. Aber die falschen Geo Daten. Nach 1 Stunde diskusion am Telefon hätten wir den Flieger fast verpasst. Bei der Übergabe wurden für die Rückgabe nochmals 30 Euro fällig (obwohl aus dem Vertrag nicht ersichtlich ist, dass man sowohl für das bringen wie auch für das holen vom Flughaven 30 Euro also 60 Euro zahlen soll) Alles iin allem eine Horrorvorstllung von Jota Cafe.
