Contraté el servicio de entrega en el hotel y la moto no fue entregada, se olvidaron de prestar el servicio. Jamás contestaron al teléfono de atención al cliente. Cuando al día siguiente pasé por OnMovo reconicieron que se habían olvidado del servicio pero en ningún momento me pidieron disculpas. Tampoco me ofrecieron en ese momento una moto para compensarme por el trastorno que me habían ocasionado, incluso se negaron a devolverme el dinero que había pagado en el momento de la reserva, que se lo reclamara a Rentalmotorbike, que mo era su problema. Lo dicho, me ocasionaron un gran problema y su actitud fue en todo momento muy desagradable.

il motorino è abbastanza usurato con i suoi 40mila km, quindi in 2 persone in salita purtroppo si pianta sui 50-60km orari e non si smuove più ^^'.
Il servizio di noleggio e gli operatori sono stati super gentili.
