Foi entregue com a luz do óleo piscando, fui para traz e disseram que era o aviso para trocar o óleo, acho que não deveriam entregar assim a Mota.

rented a motorcycle with this company and, unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. From the beginning, I felt that the company was more focused on the business side and charging the full amount, rather than ensuring the quality of the service provided. Several issues occurred during my rental: • The side cases were not working properly, and one of them had to be used without a key, leaving my belongings without proper protection. • The motorcycle broke down on Saturday morning, and I lost almost an entire morning trying to understand the problem. In the end, I had to ask a local workshop for help in order to get the bike running again. • The Green Card insurance certificate provided was expired, meaning that if I had been stopped by the police, the bike could have been immediately seized, compromising my entire trip. Of course, breakdowns can happen and I know the staff are not directly to blame for that. But I am also not to blame. The fact is that I paid for a service that I could not fully enjoy due to the lack of attention to these important details. I do appreciate the cordiality and politeness of the staff, but unfortunately the overall service was disappointing and clearly needs improvement.

Die Übergabe des Motorrads vor Ort war sehr langwierig , ebenso wie die Rückgabe. Die Reifen waren weit abgefahren und während der Fahrt vibrierten sich drei der vier Befestigungsschrauben des Windshields los. Nachdem ich das glücklicherweise noch früh genug bemerkt hatte bevor das Windshield bei voller Fahrt abfällt oder mir ins Gesicht knallt, musste ich das Windshield dann zwei Tage auf dem Soziussitz befestigt , transportieren. Statt einer Entschuldigung des Vermieters , dass die Schrauben locker waren, beschimpfte dieser mich ich könne kein Motorrad fahren und sei für die losvibrierten Schrauben verantwortlich. Daraufhin wollte er mir den Gewinnausfall in Rwchnung stellen, da er das Motorrad so ja nicht vermieten könne. Nach einer hitzigen Diskussion, in der Errichtung als „dishonest“ beschimpfte und als unfähig ein Motorrad zu fahren ( ich fahre seit über 40 Jahren ca. 6-7000 km p.a.) ließ er von seiner Forderung ab drohte mir aber mich auf eine schwarze Liste zu setzen, so dass mir bei Hertz und auch sonst in ganz Italien kein Mensch mehr ein Motorrad vermieten würde. Ein sehr unangenehmes Ende einer eigentlich sehr schönen Motorradtour mit Freunden. Aus unserer Gruppe wird dort sicherlich niemand mehr jemals ein Motorrad mieten
