Empresa comunicativa e proativa - mensagens previas por WhatsApp para agilizar o levantamento da mota.
Fizeram um Upgrade da reserva 100% gratuito - de Voge 650 DS para QJ MOTOR 800 - o que foi muito gratificante para uma viagem de quase 3500km.
Staff top - Disponibilidade do Staff que esperou para a entrega da mota após um atraso significativo do voo para milão.
Há data da minha reserva, Set. 2024, a Renting srl Milano Downtown encontrava-se localizada no hotel NOVOTEL - na Via Mecenate, 12120138 Milano MI, Itália.

Iniziale difficoltà a trovare il punto di ritiro che è al centro di uno dei parcheggi dell'aeroporto di Linate. Ma a seguito di contatto telefonico la pratica di ritiro si è svolta rapidamente.

There was a minor issue with the windshield, where a screw came loose, but this did not significantly affect the experience and can happen in city traffic. The lock was provided and worked well, which I appreciated.

Service and convenience
I really appreciated that the scooter was delivered directly to my hotel, which made the start of the rental very smooth. The process of extending the rental period was also easy and efficient, which was a big plus. One point of surprise was that picking the scooter up from the hotel was more expensive than delivery; it would have been helpful to have this explained more clearly in advance.

Communication and deposit return
What I found less satisfactory was the communication after the rental ended. The return of the deposit took quite a long time (around three to four weeks) and required several follow-ups on my side. Responses were slow, and the process felt more complicated than expected. This part of the experience could definitely be improved.
