Late with reservation funds return. Had to message and call several times for it to get resolved. However, simple, cheap and quick service for renting a motormike, despite reservation deposit issues.

Really nice staff, really helpful and despite the fact I didn't have an actual reservation because of my fault, they managed to give me a motorbike. The conditions of the motorbike were awful, but they were aware of it and they told me but I chose to take it anyways.

We did not get what we booked, but they were very kind and helpful. First they gave us scooter helmets which had broken visors, but for extra 15€ we ordered full helmets. we got a refund for not having 250cc bike and no intercoms.

It needs more options , because I needed to change the scooter that I locate at begining , because I nedded a space to keep the helmet and the only option was a chinese model 125 with small wheels.

They charged me more than in the contract, and also a deposit over 200€ which i did not get back yet.
The motorbike was in unsafe and bad conditions, and i did not get a replacement.
They sent me afterwards an invoice for over 120€ for a demolition on the seat which was already broken.
