Everything was great but I did drop the bike. I understand that you do have to pay for repairs but the one mirror and exhaust were already damaged so not in perfect perfect condition to start with. How come I have had to pay to make the bike perfect, didn’t the previous person renting have to pay to make it perfect too.
I understood it to be that slight touch ups would be done and that it would not be necessary to replace the mirror. Perhaps it’s better to just give the worst scenario. I would also prefer to be offered insurance to cover all incidentals such as these.
The one motorbike did not have enough fuel when we collected it, we were delayed on our trip driving around trying to find a petrol station. Thank you

Der Andrang am Samstag morgen war ziemlich groß. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und haben zügig gearbeitet. Die Motorräder waren technisch in gutem Zustand, aber nicht frisch gereinigt. Handyhalterung bzw. Halterung für BMW Navigator war wie erbeten vorhanden. Alle Maschinen waren, wie beschrieben, mit 3 gleichschließenden Koffern ausgestattet.
Alle Kratzer wurden dokumentiert. Die Rücknahme verlief ohne Beanstandungen.
Alles perfekt gelaufen.
