Excelente servicio!! Siempre dispuestos y muy amables. Cu.plieron con todo lo que ofrecen. Por otro lado tuve un problema de salud y nos ayudaron a que todo fuese mas facil. Los voy a recomendar cada vez que pueda!!

Joymax 300
Nuestra experiencia con el alquiler fue bastante mala. Reservamos una SYM Joymax 300, ya que necesitábamos una moto cómoda para dos personas y con suficiente capacidad de almacenaje. Aunque indican que, si el modelo no está disponible, entregan otro de características similares o superiores, nos dieron una KL Brera 300. Más allá de que ambas son de
300 no tienen prestaciones comparables: el asiento del acompañante era bastante más pequeño e incómodo y el espacio de almacenamiento también era inferior, por lo que tuvimos que llevar la mochila como pudimos durante todo el alquiler.
Además, el asiento de la moto cerraba mal y, cuando conseguíamos cerrarlo, costaba mucho volver a abrirlo. Esto hacía que no pudiéramos dejar objetos de valor dentro con tranquilidad.
El mayor problema fue la devolución. Nos facilitaron un teléfono de contacto supuestamente disponible las
24 horas, algo esencial porque la tienda permanece cerrada y hay que coordinar la recogida y la entrega. Para recogerla no tuvimos problemas, pero el día antes de devolverla escribimos para solicitar entregarla un poco antes de las 20
:
, ya que teníamos que ir al aeropuerto. No recibimos respuesta ni ese día ni al día siguiente.
Finalmente, llevamos la moto a la tienda y, como seguían sin contestar, a las
19:30 h tuvimos que dejarla aparcada delante y esconder las llaves para poder coger nuestro vuelo. Cuando ya íbamos camino del aeropuerto nos llamó una trabajadora; le indicamos dónde estaba todo, recuperó la moto y nos confirmó que estaba correctamente.
Días después escribimos para preguntar cuándo nos devolverían la fianza, pero de nuevo no hemos recibido respuesta. La falta de atención, la moto entregada —que no era equivalente a la reservada— y la incertidumbre sobre la fianza hacen que nuestra valoración sea negativa. No recomendaríamos el servicio.

The staff were friendly and the bike was in good condition. However they say they want to charged me €100 for a scratch less than a small finger nail. They have not yet refunded the other half of the deposit either. The shop would not agree that the scratch was fixable with polish and I will not be using them again. The customer experience on return was very bad.

Bij aankomst op de luchthaven noemden we de zeer beschadigde helmen maar de verhuurder 'had geen andere'. Diezelfde dag had ik contact met Napolirent over de zeer ongeschikte topcase maar wederom 'hadden ze geen andere'. We huren al vele jaren met veel plezier een motorscooter in allerlei landen met twee personen maar zo slecht en onprofessioneel hebben we het niet eerder gezien. Altijd heeft een topcase een rugleuning, als je deze aan twee personen verhuurt, en altijd hebben we goede helmen met weinig schade gehad.
Teleurstellend, zeker omdat we ook nog nooit eerder zoveel geld betaalden voor een motor...
